What is Solution Focused Therapy

Solution focussed therapy does exactly what it says on the tin, it focuses on the solution you want to achieve, rather than the problem that bought you here. We tend not to get involved with your early life, and certainly don’t want to know your secrets.   The therapy is based around goal setting, positive change and developing solutions that get you to where you want to be. It is a quick and effective process that will help you break the cycle of negative thinking and behaviour. Dependant on the issues you have been wrestling with, it can take only between 2, 4, 6, maybe up to 12 sessions to get better and successfully living the life you always intended.

If deep down, you don’t want to change, it makes things pretty hard for both of us to change your life for the better.
